Dave "Cully" Culbreath

There's not alot of rock and roll music on a dairy farm. That is, unless Cully happens to be on your dairy farm. Growing up in Portland, TN, on his grandfathers farm, Cully learned the importance of hard work. He carried that same work ethic into his desire to play drums - teaching himself to play on notebooks and boxes set up in his floor, watching bands on SNL and The Late Show.

Upon moving into Goodlettsville (a.k.a. the city), Cully had several opportunities to play and, thanks to his best friend, Lon Lewis, he had a kit to play on. Cover band after cover band, Cully sought out musicians that had the same drive to create music as he did. It's hard to match the work ethic of a former farmer... but...

Shortly after the turn of the century, a couple of guys Cully barely knew asked him to audition for their band. Apparently, things went well. Now, 6 years and a hundred plus shows later, the guys Cully barely knew are now some of his best friends. The band he was asked to join has become his passion, and the music, his most prized accomplishment.

It's weird how things work out sometimes, but one thing is for sure... it's not all by chance.
